Hello, I'm Graham Williams and with my partner Tracy we are the proud owners of WindowsNeedCleaning. We have been Window Cleaning and Solar Panel Cleaning in Bishops Castle and South Shropshire for over 15 years.

​I have not always been a window cleaner. I have for 25 years been a gamekeeper, working for the rich and famous, and spent 5 years as a gamekeeper in Bishops Castle. My two children went to the primary school in Bishops Castle, and have had some great times living in Bishops Castle. "I'm still not sure how I ended up being a window cleaner".
​I also spent 12 years in the British Army, serving in all parts of the world, the highlight being guard of honour at Princess Diana's wedding.

After noticing a window cleaning round for sale in the local paper and after much thought, I bought the window cleaning round.
​It only had 64 customers, a rust bucket of a car, a worn out pair of ladders, a bucket and squeegee.
​Due to Health & Safety Legislation we now use the very latest Pure Water Pole System, where the operator instead of climbing ladders now works from the safety of the ground. We have two full time, uniformed employees Andy and Mark, and two signed written vans and 583 satisfied customers.

How We Clean Your Windows
The Pure Water Fed System uses water fed poles which have transformed the window cleaning industry. By using pure water pumped to telescopic carbon poles, we can safely and efficiently clean up to 65ft. Pure water used by our water fed pole system, is produced in our vans by passing the water through a 4-staged water filtration system to de-ionize the water, this extracts the minerals from the water. the windows are then cleaned by removing the dirt with a pole mounted soft bristle brush, then rinsing away the dirt with pure water. The windows and frames are left wet and when dry are left spotless and streak free.
